Such filters are manufactured without bunkers. In general, they are manufactured with rectangular or square cross section body structures. They are used for relieving the pressure built up in silos or bunkers where material is transported pneumatically (with a dense phase conveyor or bulk trailer).
Bodies are directly connected to the silo or bunker. The dust and air mixture entering the silo is drawn by a filter, the dust and air are separated from each other, and the air is discharged while transferring the powder back into the silo.
Similarly, belt filters are also without bunkers and they are used for exhausting foul air by being placed on the discharge mouths of belt conveyors or on the air conveyors. They are manufactured in capacity ranges of 500m3/h to 5,000m3/h.
