AREAS OF USE: Generally used in applications that require high levels of homogeneity and dispersion of liquid and powder, or two liquids in particular. These mixers have effective motor powers to suit to the density of products at various viscosities and can be utilized in production of paints, inks, varnishes, pigment pastes, and various petrochemical products.
MIXING REVOLUTION SPEED: While it can be set at a constant single speed, the speed control can also be available with a converter controlled variable speed. Since the employed speed control converter is of heavy duty type, it is capable to produce a power higher than the motor power of the mixer even for a short period when required. The default mixer revolution speed is set as 100-1500 rpm as standard.
RISING AND LOWERING: It is equipped with an electro-hydraulic system to allow rising and lowering of its own body and it is also capable of mixing at any desired height. Some types of mixers can serve tanks located around the machine their ability to rotate 360° around their body axes.
OTHER FEATURES: The main electric motor also has a cooling motor to allow extended operation at low revolution speeds. A timed mixing feature is available as standard.
