Ball mills are one of the most efficient and most suitable machineries for obtaining materials at micron sizes. Used for grinding various minerals and other materials. Generally used in building materials and chemistry industries.
Use of ball mills is realized by the crushing of certain sized material in the mill by balls, producing very fine materials as a result. The required material fineness is directly proportional to the operating time and operating length of the ball mill. Briefly, the higher the operating time the higher the powder capacity. The machine is designed for grinding very hard materials and turning them into very fine powder particles. Machine capacity varies according to the rigidity and sizes of the material to be grinded. Ball mills provide the required grain size distribution with the coupled separator, cyclone, filter, and fan. It is very hard to achieve the required grain distribution without arranging them together.
