Manufacturing all machinery and electrical equipment that constitute a grinding plant, Varlık Makina has always aimed to advance further with its long years of experience and knowledge and by improving its technical vision in every new application.
All phases from the beginning of the process to the end are operated under automation control and with the principle of minimizing errors. Material to be grinded is introduced to the system upon being fed to the input bunker. Material introduced to the bunker has a specific grain size. It is transferred to the mill underneath the bunker for the grinding process. This mill can be one of two types; ball or pendulum mills. The suitability of these two types of mills depends on the material to be grinded and properties of the required output product.
Fine material received from the separator output is administered through a cyclone and filter system. The fine material received underneath the cyclone and filter possesses the required dimensions. High pressure ventilator installed on the end of the line (at filter output) allows powder movement in the separator and provides the power to convey the material through the system. The pressure of this ventilator is very critical. If it is set too low, the required conveying speed cannot be achieved and flooding occurs in the separator, particularly. If it is set too high, the material moves too fast and separation is not achieved sufficiently.
All processes in the plant are carried out by a PLC-controlled automation system in every phase from beginning to end. The operated system can be displayed analogously in real time using the light flowchart located on the automation panel or with SCADA on the computer display according to preference. Failures occurring in the plant can be diagnosed upon being monitored on the computer display and an error report can be printed from the printer if required.
