Data exchange can be made with all machines according to the content of the plant. Received data is kept in the database and a report can be produced when needed.
Reporting systems run independently from PLC and SCADA systems and can be installed exclusively to the administrator’s computer if required. Some sample reporting worksheets are shown in the following figures.
Plant report (type and quantity of material withdrawn for a recipe, material consumption report according to time, etc.).
Packaging report (set and actual values for each filling unit, filling times, etc.).
Checkweigher report (frequency of the passing packages, quantity information, etc.).
Palletizing report (daily pallet quantity, number of bags in a pallet, etc.).
Stretch hood report (daily pallet wrapping quantity, total length of film consumption, etc.).
